This food mill has a two-quart, heavy duty plastic bowl and 3 interchangable stainless steel plates. It is easy to assemble and clean and never rusts. We like it better than the higher-priced all-metal food mills we've tried. Also use it to puree other fruits and vegetables for soups, baby foods etc. |
